Refund & Cancellation Policy
At HR Aachaarwala, each batch of pickle is handcrafted with love and care. Since our products are perishable and made in small batches, we follow a transparent and fair refund and cancellation policy as outlined below:
1. Returns
Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns once an order is delivered.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Please email us at [email protected] or WhatsApp us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Share your order ID and clear images of the package/product.
- If verified, we will process a refund in 7-10 business days.
3. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they haven’t been processed or shipped. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.

4. No Refunds for:
- Delays caused by courier companies or incorrect delivery details.
- Change of mind after dispatch.
- Products opened, tampered with, or not stored as per instructions.
5. Store Credit
In select cases, we may issue a store credit which can be used for future purchases at hrachaarwala.com.
